quiet Comfort in a busy city
wide variety helpful staff complete workout
The breakfast selection was amazing. I appreciated the wide variety of choices available each morning. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I found the gym to be well-equipped. It had several treadmills and a selection of free weights for a complete workout.

quiet luxury in the heart of it all
peaceful atmosphere convenient tuk-tuk excellent restaurant
The hotel reminded me of an oasis. I enjoyed the pool's peaceful atmosphere. i found the complimentary tuk-tuk service to the metro convenient. the restaurant was an excellent place for dinner. I found it perfect after a long day.
i found that some information about the hotel services was not proactively communicated upon check-in.

The pool area included many sunbeds that were always available, regardless of how full the hotel was. The poolside service was a treat. the gym had several treadmills and bikes available . snacks and drinks are available via the hotel app.

disorganized check-in uncomfortable feeling

A Quiet Oasis
helpful staff breakfast variety convenient shuttle
I found the staff genuinely helpful and always willing to assist. The breakfast buffet provided a large variety of options. The hotel offered a shuttle service to the nearest train station. This was convenient. I used the laundry service and received my clothes back clean and neatly folded.
The gym was rather small. It has limited equipment.
